Excellent, professional service provided in a punctual and respectful manner. Dr. Coulter and Emily, her technician, were kind, understanding with a no rush attitude and comforting demeanour. My biggest concern was my socialized mastiff being handled by strangers in her own home. The Doctor and tech has an uncanny rapport with my dog and everything went as I could wish. Dr. Coulter and Emily provided us with the most special final memory of our girl. Having them come to our home so we could say good-bye in her own comfortable, safe surroundings was priceless. Our family needed an angel and that's exactly what we received when Heart With Wings came to our home. Our ten year old Black Labrador retriever is healing due to the treatment that he received. I received the most beautiful gift in the mail today! Never has something meant this much to me. I will Cherish it forever. I know that I made the right choice for my fur baby when I chose you. I will be forever grateful to you and Emily. I will plant the seeds you gave me in Daisy's favourite place in the backyard. Her wonderful little prints are sitting beside my sister (I know that they are together) that passed.

I can't thank you both enough for last night, not only did you ease Daisy's pain, but mine too! You both showed so much compassion and heart that it made everything so much better. Her beautiful little furry face was so peaceful and I know that she is in a better place, so thank you for helping her.
